Hebrews 9.9 || Jesus plus anything = nothing. Jesus plus nothing = EVERYTHING! The Law exists to (1) show us our need for Jesus, to (2) show us God’s design and to (3) guide us in following Him!

Powerfull
Hebrews 9.14 || Here we add an extra “L” to Powerful, reminding us of what was accomplished by Jesus: ATONEMENT. This means He stood in our place, taking what we deserved upon Himself, giving us what we do not deserve: GRACE. But He also gave us PURIFICATION, a true restoration (SHALOM!) of the environment of our relationships, the horizontal between us and others, filling us FULL of His Spirit, giving us POWER to participate in His mission to share LOVE and HOPE with all people!
Hebrews 9.15 || Inheritance is not based upon behavior, but rather upon IDENTITY! You have been called and united with Christ through HIS behavior, because of HIS love, when He paid the ransom to set you FREE!

Once For All
Hebrews 9.26 || Jesus has, once and for all, done away with [the eternal consequences] of sin, when He absorbed all of it upon Himself!
Hebrews 9.28 || When He returns, it will not be to deal with sin, but rather to fully complete the salvation He has won for us!
