NEW POWER
2 Corinthians 4:7-10 || Never “gloss over” the phrase “all-surpassing power”! This is TRUE. The Spirit of Jesus, the God of the Universe, dwells in YOU. Indeed, in a “jar of clay” which is not perfected yet. So! We know the power is not from us!
The experiences we go through in life are designed to prepare us for what is to come as we participate with Jesus in His mission. Every joy, every hardship, and everything in between is all designed so that the life of Jesus will be revealed in you!
Remember! We are in a NEW:Partnership, with a NEW:Purpose, given all-surpassing NEW:Power to do it!

FOCUSED POWER
2 Corinthians 4:13-18 || Always know that just as Christ was raised from the dead, so He will raise you from the dead! And remember, He was raised bodily. A glorified body, to be sure, but with correlation from before His death (the nail scars were there!).
God’s plan is not an “evacuation” plan. The focus is NOT on “how to get to heaven” but rather on how to get heaven HERE!
We focus the power of the Resurrection in our lives, bodily, sharing that power with everyone in our lives “so that the grace” is reaching more and more people!
We do all of this by fixing our eyes on the unseen, the eternal! When we do this, His will is done, “on earth, as it is in heaven”. Heaven and Earth overlap! The all-surpassing power is unleashed through these earthen vessels and we make a difference in things that matter most!
