What is Church? The Church is God's People. But in a given time and place, God's People will assemble into a local congregation. In our context, the congregation exists as an organization. This means we incorporate as an entity recognized by the state (Praise & Worship Lutheran Church, Inc.) and charter as a congregation of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
Part of that process is to create a Constitution for our organization. This is the framework for what we have agreed upon as an organization and how we are to operate.
