Through the Law

Romans 3:20-21 || Specifically, “Law” refers to the first five books of the Bible, the TORAH, which contains 613 commands (most of us know the “top ten”!). Generically, “law” refers to what we are obligated to do to love our neighbor. Either way, the law shows us our brokenness.

Through Faith

Romans 3:22 || Faith is active trust. Example: get on an airplane!

Romans 3:23-24 || What would happen if we saw everyone’s righteousness was the same! This is GRACE.

Atonement

Romans 3:25 || Atonement is replacement. Jesus took our place.
